No Demerits Issued: 4. Observed tupperware stacked in the cabinet wet. Items were removed to be dried. Utensils shall be handled in such a manner as to prevent contamination. 15A NCAC 18A .1618 (f). Observed microwave door broken. All equipment and utensils shall be so constructed as to be easily cleaned and shall be kept in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1618 (a). 10. Observed personal care items stored on the floor near bed and in closet in bedroom in the back left corner on the front side of the house. Rooms or spaces which are provided and used for the storage of clothing, personal effects, luggage, necessary equipment and supplies and for items not in routine use, shall be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .1616 (a). 12. Touch up paint needed throughout facility. The walls and ceilings of all rooms and areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1608.
