Observed some light fixtures with accumulated debris, and a light was not functioning properly on Hallway A .**All rooms shall be well lighted by natural or artificial means. 15A NCAC 18A .1609 (a).GENERAL COMMENT - Renee Brower was present during the inspection.#9 - Observed bags with comforter sets were stored on the linen closet floor. **Rearrange linen closet so that all linen is stored off of the floor. |
