Observed black build up on shower tiles located in bathroom near front door. Observed minor build up to bottom of shower curtain liner in bathroom located near front door.

Hot water shall be provided at temperatures between 105F and 116F at handwashing and bathing facilities. Observed hot water at 124F at handsink in bathrooms. Per management, a work order has been submitted to have issue repaired.
19	0	Prevention of harborage conditions; premises clean	No	No	No	15A NCAC 18A .1615 (a) The external premises of a residential care facility shall be kept clean, and free of litter and pest harborage. Observed several boxes stored by dumpster area, per management some boxes are empty, some container outdoor furniture. Boxes will be thrown out with recycle pick up. -General comment.
