Toilet, handwashing, bathing, and laundry facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1610 (a). Observed black mold between grout in shower room #1 and pink growth between grout in shower room #2. Increased cleaning frequency to prevent build up of growth between grout and all ventilation to flow in both shower rooms to reduce moisture. |

All floors shall be easily cleanable and shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1607. Observed build up of dirt and small trash debris on floor in food pantry under shelving and in closet. Sweep debris and mop floor in both closet and pantry to prevent unwanted insects or rodents from appearing. |
