Observed toilet seat chipped and loose in the bathroom on the front side of the house. Needs to be repaired. Observed floor mat stained in the shower in the bathroom on the front side of the house. Needs to be cleaned. Observed tub staining in the bathroom on the back side of the house.

Observed dresser drawer peeling and off track in bedroom 2. Observed knobs missing on the dresser drawers in rooms 3 and 4 and the cabinet in the bathroom on the front side of the house.

Observed linen staining in bedroom 1 and sheet staining in bedroom 2.
