No demerits were deducted for the following: 4. Observed one plate with food debris stored clean in the kitchen cabinet. Plate was removed. **All multi-use eating and drinking utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned after each usage, and the facilities needed for the operations of washing and rinsing shall be provided. 15A NCAC 18A .1618 (b). 8. Observed loose toilet seats in both bathroom. Needs to be tightened. **Toilet, handwashing, bathing, and laundry facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1610 (a).
