#1. No backflow connections or cross connections with unapproved supplies shall exist. 15A NCAC 18A .1611 (c ). Install a hose bib back flow preventer on hose bib located on front of house which water hose is connected. #9. All furniture, mattresses, curtains, draperies, and other furnishings shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1617 (a). Clean spot on chair in common sitting area. Replace damaged window blinds in two rooms. #13. All rooms shall be well lighted by natural or artificial means. 15A NCAC 18A .1609 (a). Repair pull string to light fixture in common sitting area or replace ceiling fan/light fixture. Replace blown light bulbs in light fixture in rooms that are not being used.
