Observed a large fallen tree limb in the back yard.**The premises shall be kept neat, clean, adequately drained, and free of litter and vermin harborage. 15A NCAC 18A .1615(a).GENERAL COMMENTS: Jackie Samuels was present during the inspection.#3 - Observed frozen poultry stored with/above frozen meat. Organize freezer based on final cook temperature. **Food storage handout was provided and reviewed.#12 - Observed minor wall damage (chipping paint) near the toilet in the bathroom. **Keep all walls and ceilings in good repair. |
