The walls and ceilings of all rooms and areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1608. Observed door frame
inside bedroom collecting microbial growth in need of general cleaning / removal. (area is directly under air vent resulting in a moist
environment).
(NOTE) use disinfectant to wipe down surface to ensure no microbial growth; recommend leaving door ajar to prevent moisture from accumulating between frame and door. |
