NO POINTS WERE TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING: #3 - Observed raw sausage (safe handling instructions present) stored on shelf above ready to eat lettuce. #11/12 - Observed minor touch-up paint needed on walls and door frames throughout house. Observed carpets with stains in various spots in bedrooms. **All floors shall be easily cleanable and shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1607. The walls and ceilings of all rooms and areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1608.
