Observed no soap at some hand washing sinks. **Each resident will be provided soap and individual towels. These towels will be stored separately after being used. 15A NCAC 18A .1610 (b).
Observed shower grout with black residue and some shower tiles were missing, the sink backs plash laminate was separating, and the shower curtain liner had pink and brown residue in bathroom 2. Observed the counter top with damaged caulk and the backs plash laminate was separating in bathroom 1. **Toilet, hand washing, bathing, and laundry facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1610 (a). |
