Observed floor damaged in 1st bedroom on left. **All floors shall be easily cleanable and shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1607. #12 Observed slight wall damage in 1st bathroom on left near entrance of door near mirror. **The walls and ceilings of all rooms and areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1608.Ms. Shondell Adams was present during inspection.-Walls have been patched and renovations to kitchen and bathrooms are coming in near future.
