Thoroughly clean pantry shelving and shelving in cabinet area, handle on refrigeration unit and edge of door on up-right freezer unit.Non-food-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at such intervals as to keep them in a clean and sanitary condition. 15A NCAC 18A .1618 (c ). |

Thoroughly clean ceiling fan blades in resident room. Observed light fixture over shower not operating. Either replace blown light bulb in light fixture or repair light fixture.Ventilation equipment shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1609 (b).
