Thoroughly clean or replace shower curtain in bathroom with walk-in shower. Thoroughly clean underside of hand railing in walk-in shower. Clean underside of shower chair. Repair/refurbish chipped spot on hand washing sink in bathroom or replace hand washing sink. Clean area around clother washer lid.
Toilet, hand washing, bathing, and laundry facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1610 (a). |

Patch small holes in walls, repair corner of walls in resident room and repaint. Repair or replace lower section of wall and base molding near entrance to walk-in shower. Clean walls, door framing and closet door throughout in house. Secure door handles on closet door(laundry room and storage room). Patch hole in wall behind med closet door.
The walls and ceilings of all rooms and areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1608.
General Comment: Clean out gutters. Replace blown light bulb in light fixture. |
