Thoroughly clean underside of shower chair and shower curtain in bathroom. Caulk/seal bathroom counter top to side splash in bathroom with tub. Clean area around lid to washer machine. kEEP SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS AT ALL HAND WASHING SINKS AT ALL TIMES! Today paper towels only available at hand washing sink in med room. Clean area around top of washer machine lid. Repair shower wand holder in bathroom with bath tub/shower and remove plastic bag from holding shower wand. Toilet, handwashing, bathing, and laundry facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1610 (a).
Each resident will be provided soap and individual towels. These towels will be stored separately after being used. 15A NCAC 18A .1610 (b). |

Replace damaged and stained furniture in common living room area. Replace torn/damaged leather chairs and white chair. Clean stains on blue cushion chair. Replace broken window blinds throughout facility and resident room. Tighten loose pulls(handles) on furniute. Secure loose molding on furniture. Clean curtains/drapes on french doors in dining room.
All furniture, mattresses, curtains, draperies, and other furnishings shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1617 (a). |

Repair light shield on light fixture and repalce blown light bulbs in fixture in bathroom at side entrance. Repair light fixture in living room area or replace blown light bulbs. Clean return air ventilation cover.
Ventilation equipment shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1609 (b). All rooms shall be well lighted by natural or artificial means. 15A NCAC 18A .1609 (a).
