Repair and repaint metal door framing to bathrooms. Monitor water stain on ceiling in resident room and repair any and all roof leaks, then repaint ceiling. Thoroughly clean ceiling in bathroom. Observed condensation and microbial growth present on ceiling in bathroom where walk-in shower is located.
