Clean corner bench within tile shower. Observed corner of bench within shower soiled. Observed cloth shower curtain soiled in bathroom containing bathtub/shower combination. Thoroughly clean corner of bench seat in shower and cloth shower curtain.
Toilet, handwashing, bathing, and laundry facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1610 (a). |

Touch-up paint throughout facility( living room area, hallway area, resident room and bathroom). Observed most pilling paint in bathroom around/near toilets. The walls and ceilings of all rooms and areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1608.
General Comment: Replace (1) rusted floor vent register in resident closet. Clean out gutters! Observed leaves and small tree growth in gutters. |
