***Provide back flow prevention device on shower wand in bathroom to the right with bathtub/shower fixture**** (COULD BE SIX POINTS DEMERIT AND CAN PLACE FACILITY ON PROVISIONAL)! PROVIDE BACK FLOW ON SHOWER WAND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!

Remove old van seating on the ground from opposite end of house. Observed standing water in large flower pot and mosquito larvae were present in large flower pot. Keep property free of standing water-----> TIP AND TOSS!
