Touch-up paint throughout kitchen, resident rooms, bathrooms and laundry room. Patch hole in wall behind bathroom door in bathroom on the left at end of hallway. Install a door stopper behind bathroom door. Wipe/clean walls throughout where needed; if needed. The walls and ceilings of all rooms and areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1608. |
