Observed counter top damaged beside two compartment sink in kitchen area. Caulk/seal counter top to two compartment sink using a mold/mildew resistance caulking. Observed base of utensil drawer, dry storage shelving and edge of freezer door soiled. Thoroughly clean utensil drawer, dry storage shelving and edge of freezer door.**All containers and clean utensils shall be stored in a clean place. 15A NCAC 18A .1618 (f).**All equipment and utensils shall be so constructed as to be easily cleaned and shall be kept in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1618 (a). |
