#1 Observed no back flow preventers present at both shower wands in hall restrooms. Provide back flow preventers. #10 Observed 2 mattresses, metal bed frame stored outside leaning up against shed. #11 Observed stains on carpet in living room, chip in floor of dinning room. Keep floors clean and in good repair.Ms. Tiena Mann was present during inspection.
