Toilet, handwashing, bathing, and laundry facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1.610 (a). Observed both shower curtain bars in the bathrooms were rusty, and the shower hand rail beginning to rust in the shower.
General Comments: #3. Observed the refrigerator thermometer's red indicator was separated and inaccurate; Replace thermomoter. #7. Observed the floor surface in the dining room was discolored / worn.
