Each resident will be provided soap and individual towels. These towels will be stored separately after being used. 15A NCAC 18A .1610 (b). Observed no soap or individual towels at hand sink in restroom 1 and 2. EHS advises facility to supply soap and individual towel to hand sinks located in restrooms.
Toilet, handwashing, bathing, and laundry facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1610 (a). Observed towel rim peeling in restroom 2. Observed minor detailed cleaning needed to bathing facilities throughout residence. |

All furniture, mattresses, curtains, draperies, and other furnishings shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1617 (a). Observed 1 dresser drawer broken in room 2. Observed handles missing to dresser in room 3. Observed minor staining on mattress in room 2 and 6. Observed minor staining on residences pillows throughout facility.
Clean bed linen in good repair shall be provided for each resident and shall be changed when soiled. 15A NCAC 18A .1617 (b). Observed bleach staining on linen in room 6.EHS advises facility to replace/repair damaged furniture and to clean/replace stained linens.
