Replace damaged toilet seat in bathroom with tub/shower fixture. Clean shower curtain in bathroom with walk-in shower. Clean underside of shower chair.

Tightly secure loose transitional floor molding near dining room area and living room area. Highly recommend installing transitional floor molding at entrance to resident room to prevent carpet from being kicked up and fraying along edge.

Touch-up paint throughout home(living room, dining room and resident room). Repaint wall under window in room #2 and monitor wall under window to make sure area around window is not leaking.
