Tighten loose toilet seat in bathroom. Observed base corner of shower, shower curtain and underside of shower chair soiled in bathroom in hallway area. Thoroughly clean base of shower, shower curtain and underside of shower chair.

Tightly secure loose transitional floor molding at entrance to laundry room. Install transitional floor molding at entrance to resident room where flooring in hallway area meets the carpet in residents room. Observed carpet being kicked up at entrance to resident room and carpet is starting to fray. All floors shall be easily cleanable and shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1607.
