NO POINTS WERE TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING: #3 - Observed raw pork thawing in bag on top shelf of refrigerator above other ready to eat foods. PIC relocated raw pork to low drawer along with raw eggs. Drawer is free of cracks. EHS suggested keeping raw proteins in this drawer or on lowest shelf in refrigerator. **All foods, while being stored, prepared, served, and during transportation, shall be protected from contamination. 15A NCAC 18A .1620 (a). #11 - Observed dust build-up on the floor in the linen closet. **All floors shall be easily cleanable and shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1607. #13 - Observed wall vent in bedroom #6 with dust build-up. **Ventilation equipment shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1609 (b).
