Observed the living room ceiling texture damaged, the bathroom ceiling with peeling paint above the shower, the drywall tape separating from the wall in a resdent bedroom, and the wall was splattered near the refrigerator in a resident room.**The walls and ceilings of all rooms and areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1608.Tenisha White was present during the inspection. |
