Toilet, handwashing, bathing, and laundry facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1610 (a). Observed black build up on the shower tiles located on restroom 2. Observed light brown staining to tub floor in restroom 1. EHS advises facility to complete more detailed cleaning to bathing facilities.
