Observed the toilet seat in one restroom was worn (exposed wood) and no longer easily cleanable. **Replace toilet seat.**Toilet, handwashing, bathing, and laundry facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1610 (a).General Comment: Observed the hot water at the restroom hand washing sinks was 121F. |
