Shelving in pantry and large bins need cleaning of food residue and stickiness.**Non-food-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at such intervals as to keep them in a clean and sanitary condition. 15A NCAC 18A .1618 (c ).General Comment #3: Observed some severely dented cans from food bank. Dispose of very dented, leaking or questionable cans. |
