Finish all repaired walls with paint.GENERAL COMMENTS: John Williams was present during the inspection.#3 - Observed a tray of raw prok on a shelf above ready-to-eat fruits and veggies. **Containers of food shall be stored above the floor, on clean racks, shelves, or other clean surfaces, in such a manner as to be protected from splash (or drip) and other contamination. 15A NCAC 18A .1620 (d).#13 - Observed the ceiling fan was not secure to the ceiling in a resident room. **Ventilation equipment shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1609 (b). |
