Observed plastic container in kitchen with cooked rice and ground beef with water collecting on lid. Food that is cooked and cooled to ber served on another day should be rapidly cooled. Reccomend placing container in refrigerator uncovered until the internal temperature reaches 45 degrees then covering food with lid.
