NO POINT DEDUCTION: #3. An indicating thermometer shall be located in each refrigerator. 15A NCAC 18A .1620 (a). Observed a thermometer inside the refrigerator indicates a temperature of 70F. The actual ambient temperature of the refrigerator is 37F when using EHS thermometer. Recommend to obtain a new working thermometer to accurately measure the actual current temperature of the refrigerator. #13. Ventilation equipment shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1609 (b). Observed dusty wall vent behind TV in the living room. Need cleaning and keep clean.
