-Observed some of the facing off of the brown dressers (internal wood exposed). Repaint/seal.
-Observed laminate on the shelves in some of the kitchen cabinets in disrepair. Some is peeling off and some is totally removed exposing the wood. Paint ot seal. *All furniture, mattresses, curtains, draperies, and other furnishings shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1617 (a).
-Observed strong urine sent and yellow stained mattress covers on both beds in room 3; Stained mattress cover in room 2; Torn mattress cover in room 1. Clean. *Clean bed linen in good repair shall be provided for each resident and shall be changed when soiled. 15A NCAC 18A .1617 (b). |
