Replace.Toilet, handwashing, bathing, and laundry facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1610 (a).-GENERAL COMMENT: Observed no back flow preventer on the shower wand in the laundry/bathroom. The wand is connected to the tub faucet and is sitting in the tub. Provide a back flow preventer or information that the wand has an internal back flow preventer.All residential care facilities shall be provided with approved sanitary toilet, handwashing and bathing facilities complying with state licensure requirements. 15A NCAC 18A .1610 (a). |
