General Comment #1: Shower wands in bathrooms need backflow preventers or supply documentation that the shower wands have built-in backflow prevention.
Note: Observed multiple razors in a drawer in bathroom, staff didn't know whose they were. This is not a good practice to prevent blood-borne illnesses. |
