Observed worn/torn chair in living room area. Replace damaged chair in living room. Observed two resident beds missing flat sheet. Fitted sheets were on bed and a bed spread. Repair lower section of wall near entrance to walk-in shower.The walls and ceilings of all rooms and areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1608.General Comment: Recommend storing opened packages of dry food products in sealable container, labeled and kept clean(flour, corn meal).
