Each resident will be provided soap and individual towels. These towels will be stored separately after being used. 15A NCAC 18A .1610 (b). Observed no soap in big bathroom and no paper towel in small bathroom. PROVIDE SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS AT ALL HAND WASHING SINKS AT ALL TIME. |

The walls and ceilings of all rooms and areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1608. Observed black mildew on small bathroom wall/ceiling. Observed damaged wall near the tub in small bathroom, repair was attempted. The wall now collecting black mildew. Need cleaning, repair, repaint the wall. Observed dust around door frame in one of the bedroom. Need general cleaning. |
