#4 Observed debris build up in bottom of kitchen stove, with broken front part of fridge shelf, with debris reside present around ice maker. Keep all food service equipment and non food contact surfaces clean and in good repair. **Non-food-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at such intervals as to keep them in a clean and sanitary condition. 15A NCAC 18A .1618 (c ). #10 Observed clothes stored on floor in closet of room 3.**Rooms or spaces which are provided and used for the storage of clothing, personal effects, luggage, necessary equipment and supplies and for items not in routine use, shall be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .1616 (a).#12 Observed wall scuffs present in living room behind recliner and including the stationary bike. **The walls and ceilings of all rooms and areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1608.Shenita Ogelsby was present during the inspection.
