Observed several watermelon rinds on the walkway near the exterior storage shed. The care giver stated that the rinds were part of a composting project. **Properly cover/contain all garbage/composing material.**All solid wastes shall be kept in durable, rust-resistant, nonabsorbent, watertight, rodent-proof standard waste containers which shall be kept covered when filled or stored or not in continuous use. 15A NCAC 18A .1614 (a).Shenita Ogelsby was present during the inspection. |
