Replace toilet seat in bathroom with shower/tub fixture. Observed laminate worn and wearing off. Clean corner of wall in walk-in shower and area around tub/shower fixture where microbial growth is growing in caulking or remove old caulking and recaulk areas using a microbial resistant caulking.
Toilet, hand washing, bathing, and laundry facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1610 (a). |
