Repair side of kitchen couter beside low counter top area. Replace damaged kitchen cabinet doors. Clean kitchen cabinet door near handles. Replace damaged shelving under two compartment sink in kitchen area.
All equipment and utensils shall be so constructed as to be easily cleaned and shall be kept in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1618 (a). |

Replace damaged mattress and box spring in resident room. Repair or replace dressers in resident room with damaged drawer. Tighten loose pulls(handles) on dresser drawer. Remove and repalce damaged chair in activity room. Replace broken/damaged window blinds in living room area and residents room. Observed stains on pillow cases and comforter in resident room. Clean linen when visibly soiled. Observed damaged pillow cover on resident pillow. Discard and repalce damaged pillow case. Clean top of trash can lid in bathroom near kitchen.
All furniture, mattresses, curtains, draperies, and other furnishings shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1617 (a).
Clean bed linen in good repair shall be provided for each resident and shall be changed when soiled. 15A NCAC 18A .1617 (b). |

Secure panel on base of med room door. Tightly secure loose corner moulding at entrance to kitchen. Clean doors throughout facility near door handles. Highly recommend cleaning bathroom doors and resealing bathroom doors.
The walls and ceilings of all rooms and areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1608.
General Comment: #11. Replace missing transitional floor molding at entrance to resident room. #13. Clean return air ventilation near kitchen area. #14. Clean out gutters to prevent mosquito breeding area.
