All furniture, mattresses, curtains, draperies, and other furnishings shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1617 (a).
Observed a chair with worn/damaged vinyl in the living room, and miniblinds in one bedroom (vacant) were dusty.
General Comments - Lydia Elliott was present during the inspection. #10. Observed several automatic aerosol air fresheners were
stored on countertops and furniture at face level. Re-locate aerosol to a safer height to prevent spraying into someone's face. |
