Repeat - Observed some bedroom furniture with broken/missing drawer knobs and handles; Observed some bedroom furniture was dusty.**All furniture, mattresses, curtains, draperies, and other furnishings shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1617 (a).General Comments: Lydia Elliott was present during the inspection.#2 - Observed the care giver dumped mop water on the ground in the backyard. **All sewage and other liquid wastes shall be disposed of in a public sewer system.***Observed only 5 resident beds; 1 bed for staff in office; 1 staff apartment. |
