Rooms checked: 101, 102, 103, playground. Inspection led by Jamil Blackmon and supervised by Savannah Parker. No Demerits Issued: 7. Observed no thermometer in room 101. Provide an accurate thermometer in all refrigerators. 15A NCAC 18A .2806 (h) 23. Observed unopened box containing a toy stored in restroom of room 102. Limit storage in restrooms to toileting and diapering items only. 15A NCAC 18A .2817 (a). 30. Observed bulk soap stored on counter top in room 101. Approved non-hazardous products must be stored 5 ft above the floor or behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b), (c ) and (d). 37. Observed build up on door behind handle in room 103. Observed minor water damage to ceiling in room 101. Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825.
