Observed newly install automatic aerosol air freshener dispenser on wall in kitchen, front entrance and in after school room. Dispenser removed from wall and zip ties placed on units at time of inspection. **All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b).
