Repair or replace damaged linoleum flooring in hallway area. Repair or replace fraying carpet in hallway area. Wipe/clean edge of half door/gates/shelving on half doors entering into classrooms. Touch-up paint door around door handle in 2's class. Install quarter round shoe molding along base of linoleum flooring in classroom where gaps are present and linoleum flooring is starting to roll along edge.
Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825. |

Replace rotten and damaged boards on ramp leading to front entrance of establishment. Tighten loose railing on front porch/ramp area. Repair loose/damaged board on walkway leading to playground area. Touch-up paint white metal railing at front entrance. Observed paint chiping/flaking! Lead swab test performed; results read negative.
