General Comment: #5. Observed 2 baby bottle not labeled with child's name and date and 2 baby bottles labeled with intials but no date(4 bottle being same child). Label baby bottles and sippy cups brought from home with child's name and date. Baby bottles properly labeled at time of inspection.**Label all baby bottles, sippy-cups, and bottled beverages sent from home with the child's name and date it was brought into the facility. 15A NCAC 18A .2804 (d) . #22.Observed wall mounted toilet paper holder in pre schooler bathroom beside toilet, but the other toilets did not have toilet paper holder and the toilet paper was stored on back of toilet. Provide toilet paper holder for other toilets. #23. Observed emergency to go kit stored in laundry room/bathroom. No storage in bathroom. Emergency to go kit removed from bathroom/laundry room. Limit storage in bathroom to toileting and diaper changing supplies. #34. Observed varnish/sealant wearing and worn from shelving/fixtures in 1's room and pre schooler room. Apply wood sealant/stain on fixtures in classrooms which varnish/sealant is worn and wearing off.. Replace cracked/damaged blue chairs in after school room.***Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b).
