General Comment: #21. Observed caulking around hand washing sink in pre school bathroom separating from the sink. Remove old caulking from hand washing sink counter and sink and recaulk.**Keep hand washing sinks clean . and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2818 (a). #27. Diaper changing pad in infant room with small tear on bottom removed and discarded at time of inspection.***Diaper changing surface must be easily cleanable, non-absorbent, smooth, and intact. 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (b). #44. Observed old wire fencing and boards behind day care from where playground fencing was replaced. Remove old wire fencing and boards from behind daycare.**Solid wastes shall be disposed of in a manner that prevents insect breeding and public nuisances. 15A NCAC 18A .2830 (d). Mrs. Africa Cherry present at time of inspection.
