General Comment: #33. Damaged linen to cover cot was discarded at time of inspection.**Individual linen must be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2821 (f). #34. Observed blue bean bag chair torn/damaged near the zipper in 2's room. Blue bean bag chair pulled at time of inspection. **Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b). #37. Tightly secure floor transitional moulding at entrance to bathroom in after school room. Carpet mat remove from over clean out drain cover and floor drain in bathrooms.**Floors and floor coverings of all food preparation, food storage, utensil-washing areas, toilet rooms, and laundry areas shall be constructed of non-absorbent, easily cleanable material. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 (a). Carpet cleaned June 7, 2014. Mrs. Africa Cherry present at time of inspection.
